Our team is highly trained and understands the local rental market.  We are experts in all facets of property management, including leasing, marketing, maintenance, accounting, reporting, and compliance.

Weston Thayne and FamilyMy name is Weston Thayne…

…and I currently own two Real Property Management offices, RPM Bozeman (located in Bozeman, MT) and RPM Beacon.

From my earliest years, I have felt a strong desire to serve others. This sense of purpose led me to embark on a two-year mission for my church, and upon returning home, I established and ran a thriving landscape company for nearly a decade. Throughout my 20s and early 30s, I poured my heart and soul into the business, which provided me with the opportunity to hone my leadership skills and develop a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service to clients.

In late 2018, I sold the landscape company and shifted my focus to property management, a field that I am equally passionate about. As a property manager, I take pride in establishing strong relationships with clients, and I am gratified by the trust they place in me to look after their properties and tenants. I am grateful for my team of dedicated employees, who share my commitment to providing outstanding service.

When I am not working, I cherish spending quality time with my beautiful wife, Stacie, and our two wonderful boys, Bridger and Carter. I love exploring the great outdoors, particularly during the winter months when I can indulge in my favorite pastime of snowmobiling.
